WordPress maintenance services

WordPress Help Without Learning WordPress.

Our WordPress maintenance services give you one person to handle updates, fixes, and changes on the site someone else built.

Send us what needs attention. We work in WordPress, Elementor, and other page builders, and we check the live site after the work is done.

A person, not a ticket queue

WordPress Support From Someone Who Knows the Site.

Good WordPress support services are not only about running updates. They are about having someone who remembers the theme, the plugins, the forms, and what happened last time.

Assigned to you

The same person each time.

Your assigned person learns how the site was built, which tools it uses, and how you prefer to send changes.

Easy to reach

Text or email what you need.

You do not have to know whether the problem is WordPress, Elementor, a plugin, or the hosting account. Describe what you see and we will sort it out.

More than WordPress

We know what sits around it.

We can also help make sense of the domain, business email, Google profile, and logins connected to the site.

WordPress website maintenance

We Keep WordPress Current, Working, and Useful.

WordPress website maintenance includes the software behind the site and the pages your customers use. We handle both, then check the live site afterward.

Updates done carefully

A backup first. Updates next. A live-site check afterward.

We back up the site before changes. Then we update WordPress core, the theme, and plugins that are ready to move. Afterward, we check the public site for anything that changed or stopped working.

Plugin conflicts and broken updates

If an update causes an error, changes the layout, or breaks part of the site, we find the conflict and work through the fix.

Elementor and page builders

We make content and layout changes in Elementor and other WordPress page builders. You do not have to learn the editor first.

Forms that stopped sending

We check the form, its notifications, and the WordPress setup behind it so customer messages reach the right place again.

Speed and security basics

We check the practical basics, including updates, obvious errors, unnecessary plugin weight, secure connections, and backup access.

Staff, pages, and content

We update team members, services, hours, photos, text, pages, menus, and the other details that change as the business changes.

We work on the site where it is hosted now. You do not need to move it to us. Want to move it? See Website Migration

How it works

Send the List. We’ll Handle WordPress.

You keep running the business. We take care of the site and tell you when something needs a decision.

  1. 01

    Send what needs attention.

Send one item or one list by text or email. It can be a page change, a plugin warning, a broken form, or something on the site that simply does not look right.

  2. 02

We back up and check the site.

We review the WordPress setup and make a backup before changes. If the work may go beyond your monthly hours, we tell you before we start.

  3. 03

We make the change and check it live.

We complete the work and check the public site afterward. Minor fixes sent in one list are turned around within 2 business days and do not use your hours.

A different kind of WordPress care plan

Month to Month. One Person. No Ticket Queue.

Many WordPress care plans give you a portal and whoever is available next. Ours gives you one assigned person who knows the site. There is no 3-month minimum and no need to move the website.

The same person can also look at the pieces around WordPress. If the domain, email, Google profile, hosting account, or another online vendor is involved, send that over too.

Your WordPress site is one part of the business. We help you see the whole website side of it.

See How Website Management Works

Send us things like

  • A WordPress or plugin update notice
  • A page that looks wrong after an update
  • An Elementor change you do not want to make
  • A form that stopped sending email
  • A hosting or domain message you received
  • A quote from another WordPress vendor

We give you a plain answer based on your site and what the business actually needs.

A recent WordPress job

Two Clinics Became One. The Updated Site Was Live the Next Day.

A physical therapy practice had a WordPress site built by another developer. They were merging two clinics into one and sent us one list of changes. The site was live the day after they approved it. Their follow-up changes were completed the same day.

If a month needs more than your plan’s hours, we tell you before going over and whether a bigger plan would suit. We never charge you more without telling you first.

Questions

Questions About WordPress Maintenance Services.

What do WordPress maintenance services include?

Our WordPress maintenance services include backups before changes, WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates, live-site checks, plugin conflict fixes, Elementor and page-builder edits, form troubleshooting, content changes, and practical speed and security checks.

Can you maintain a WordPress site someone else built?

Yes. We regularly work on WordPress sites built by another developer or agency. We review the current setup, work with the theme and page builder already in use, and keep the site in the client’s name.

Do I have to move my WordPress site to your hosting?

No. We work on the site where it is hosted now. Hosting is not included in the maintenance plans. If you want to move the site, we can handle that separately through our website migration service.

Do you provide Elementor support?

Yes. Elementor support includes text and photo changes, layout edits, new sections, responsive adjustments, and help when an Elementor page no longer looks or behaves as expected. We also work with other WordPress page builders.

How much do your WordPress maintenance plans cost?

Plans are $100, $200, or $400 a month for one, two, or four hours of our time. The 4-hour plan is recommended. Minor fixes are included and do not use those hours.

What happens if a plugin update breaks the site?

We make a backup before changes and check the live site after updates. If an update or plugin conflict causes a problem, we investigate what changed and work through the fix. If the work may go beyond your monthly hours, we tell you before going over.

Is this a WordPress care plan with a contract?

No. Our WordPress care plan is month to month, with no contract and no 3-month minimum. Hours do not roll over. You keep ownership of the site, domain, accounts, profile, and logins.
