Who we are

Where physical therapy meets Pilates.

Since 2008, Pilates Santé has been Silicon Valley's premier physical therapy and rehabilitative Pilates studio — an integrated practice for people who want to actually finish their healing, not just manage it.

We believe every body has the potential to heal, strengthen, and thrive. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, returning to sport or dance, or simply want to move with more ease — our specialists design a plan around you.

  • Polestar-certified rehabilitation specialists
  • Reformer, trapeze table, springboard, CoreAlign & Oov
  • Private & small-group sessions, never crowded
  • Out-of-network PT with billable rehab series

Ariel Lehaitre, MSPT Founder · Polestar-Certified Rehabilitation Specialist

A note from our founder

"The first time I was on a reformer, it changed my life."

I sprained my ankle in ballet class at ten. The PT clinic I landed in had a Pilates reformer — and the work felt impossibly hard but didn't hurt. I came back to dance stronger than before. That stayed with me.

After six years in a traditional outpatient clinic, I started noticing the same patients returning year after year. The system wasn't letting people finish healing. So in 2008 I opened Pilates Santé to give clients a place to keep going — even after the symptoms were gone.

Twenty years in, I'm still in awe of what this work does for people. We'd love to show you.
